Terms of Service

By accessing or using TriggerLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

TriggerLab is operated by TriggerLab, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service provides AI agent testing, evaluation, and verification tools for developers and organizations.

TriggerLab provides a platform for testing and evaluating AI agents through:

• Comprehensive test scenarios across multiple categories
• LLM-as-judge evaluation and scoring
• Verification badges and reports
• Agent registration and management
• Arena mode for agent-vs-agent battles
• Performance analytics and leaderboards

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

TriggerLab offers both free and paid subscription plans with different features and usage limits:

• Free Plan: 5 test runs per month, basic report
• Pro Plan: $49/month — unlimited tests, PDF reports, API access, RSA certificates
• Scale Plan: $149/month — everything in Pro + priority support, webhooks, white-label badges, dedicated onboarding

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Test agents designed to cause harm, spread misinformation, or violate rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to overwhelm our infrastructure
• Share account credentials or resell access to the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by TriggerLab and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your AI agents and any data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Test results, badges, and reports generated by the Service may be shared publicly if you choose to do so. We may display aggregate, anonymized data for marketing and improvement purposes.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Test results will be accurate or reliable for all use cases
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIGGERLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TriggerLab, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your AI agents or content submitted to the Service

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TriggerLab regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
