AI agents that work as a team inside your company.
A single AI assistant answers questions. A system of agents finishes work. We design agent teams with clear roles, rules and hand-offs, connect them to your tools and keep a person in control of every decision that matters.
Roles, rules and hand-offs.
Every agent has one job and clear limits. The orchestrator keeps the work moving and knows when to ask a person.
Orchestrator
Receives the goal, breaks it into tasks, assigns them, tracks progress and escalates to a person when rules say so.
Research agent
Finds, cross-checks and summarises information before anyone acts on it.
Writer agent
Drafts emails, proposals, posts, reports and replies in your voice.
Checker agent
Reviews every output against your rules, facts and tone before it goes anywhere.
Operator agent
Updates your CRM, documents and task tools with what was done.
Reporter agent
Sends a daily or weekly summary of results, issues and next steps.
Where agent teams pay off first.
Good first projects are repeated, rules-based and currently done by smart people who should be doing something else.
- Lead research and qualification before sales calls.
- Content and reporting drafted for many clients at once, for agencies.
- Inbox triage with drafted replies for a person to approve.
- Proposal drafting from call notes and templates.
- Data clean-up and enrichment across your CRM.
- Daily operations summaries pulled from every tool you use.
What people ask before we start.
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask it on the review call.
What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers when asked. An agent has a goal, tools and permission to act: it can look things up, draft work, update systems and hand off to the next step. A multi-agent system splits a job across several specialised agents with an orchestrator coordinating them.
Do you really run agents yourselves?
Yes. We run a five-agent system on our own operations every day. The structures we set up for clients come from what has held up in that daily use.
Can agents make mistakes?
Yes, which is why every system we build includes a checking step, clear rules for what each agent may do on its own, and approval points where a person signs off.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose per task, using models from providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI. The design keeps you free to switch models as better ones arrive.
Do you set up agents for agencies?
Yes. Agencies are a strong fit: research, content drafting, reporting and client updates are repeated across many accounts and benefit from a well-structured agent team.
